We will never share contact information of story sharers with anyone. Ever. It is for internal use only.

 

Be respectful!  People of all ages and nationalities are part of this community. Debate content, not people’s lives! Do not engage in personal attacks. Do not post obscene, indecent, hateful, offensive, defamatory, abusive, harassing or profane material.

Be topical!  Sticking to the subject makes threads easier to follow.

Be clear!  This helps avoid misunderstandings. Give your topics meaningful subject headings that help us follow what you are responding to.

Be patient!  1) We might not be able to post your comment right away 2) Not everyone on the forums has the same background knowledge so be patient with peoples’ responses.

Be safe!  No personal info such as email addresses of yourself or anyone else in the post you submit.

Do Not Impersonate! other users, site staff or any other person.

Please provide! a brief explanation if you post a link to another site of where the link goes, as a courtesy to other users.

Submissions! regarding the administration or moderation of forum posts or comments are not permitted and will be removed. If you have an issue or question regarding our administrative policies or actions, contact us.

No Ads!  If you have ideas of programs or interesting links that are related to a post, feel free. If you are an organization who would like to partner with Hollaback! Brussels in some way, please contact us. No third party advertisements.

Re-posting!  Feel welcome to share/retweet things that are inspiring to you from our Facebook and Twitter pages! However! You may not re-post any story content from the Hollaback! Brussels website without our permission, so contact us first!

 

The forums are specifically and explicitly for those who are supportive of combating street harassment. Users and comments will be strictly moderated in order to ensure that Hollaback! Brussels is a safe space for people who wish to share their stories. If you feel you have been unfairly moderated, please contact us.
